To begin the weekend, we’d love for you to join us for drinks on us and a chance to say hello before Saturday’s celebration. This is an optional event, but everyone is welcome.
Parking: Garage entrances are located on El Camino Real and Garwood Way (follow the bright orange “Parking” signs). Signage inside will guide you to the plaza/shops (Take the Elevator to Floor 1). First 2 hours free; $3 per additional hour.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Please arrive at 3:30 p.m. to enjoy a pre-ceremony welcome drink. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow!
Important parking note: Free Guest parking is available at Allied Arts Guild. However, gates lock at 10:00 PM and will not reopen until Monday— no overnight parking. Uber/Lyft is encouraged.

For those who’d like to keep the celebration going, we’ll continue the evening at Scotty’s Bar, where we’ve reserved the front patio. Late-night bites will be provided, with a full bar available for drinks to purchase.
Important parking note: Please do not leave your car overnight at the Allied Arts Guild. The gates lock at 10:00 PM and will not reopen until Monday morning. Uber/Lyft is encouraged.

We love your little ones! Our wedding itself will be an 18+ event, so everyone in your party should be listed in your RSVP portal. (Please reach out to Anna or Antonio if you have an infant you’d like to bring, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.)
Kids are welcome to join the welcome drinks the night before—though we realize that might be past bedtime.

We wish we could squeeze everyone in, but we’re keeping it VERY cozy—no plus ones, unless specified on your invitation.

Yes! The Allied Arts Guild has a large parking lot available for guests. PLEASE NOTE: the parking lot gates will lock at the end of Saturday night and won’t reopen until Monday (AAG is closed on Sunday).
We recommend using rideshares such as Uber or Lyft, which are readily available. If you plan to leave your car overnight, please use street parking and be mindful of the neighbors.

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3:30 PM. Light refreshments will be available to enjoy before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

Our reception will be a mix of both! Cocktail hour and dinner will take place outdoors, and then we’ll head inside for dancing. Menlo Park can be quite warm during the day but tends to cool off in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light layer.

Yes! We’re hosting welcome drinks at Springline Plaza on Friday, June 19 from 8–10 PM to kick off the weekend. This event is completely optional, but we’d love to see you there.
After the reception on Saturday, June 20, we’ll be continuing the celebration at Scotty’s Bar from 9:30 PM until close. This is also entirely optional, but you’re more than welcome to join us.
There are no wedding events planned for Sunday.
